Bcon.Global (“Bcon” or “We”) offers its users the opportunity to participate in referral program (the “Referral program”) accessible through the user’s account. In this Referral program, you receive 20% of the commission amount earned by Bcon from the transactions of the referred user (“Referred person”).
To become a participant in the referral Program (“Referrers” or “You”), you need to register on the Bcon service by entering your email address and password in the registration window and send the copied referral link from your Bcon user account to the person you want to attract as a Referred person.
Registration on the Bcon service is free.
By sending a referral link to the person you wish to attract as a Referred person, you confirm your intention to participate in the program and acknowledge that you accept these Terms and Conditions, obligating yourself to comply with them. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you should not participate in the Referral program. Referrers cannot participate in the program if it would violate any applicable laws and regulations.
How the referral program works
Users of the Bcon service have access to a referral program link in their user account. The link is unique, and when a new user registers on the Bcon service through this link, you will receive referral payments amounting to 20% of the commission earned by Bcon from each transaction made by the Referred person.
For example, if the transaction of the Referred person through the Bcon service is 0.1 BTC, the Bcon commission fee will be 0.01 BTC, and the size of your referral reward will be 0.002 BTC
The number of Referred persons is not limited. The more Referred persons you attract using your referral link, the more referral payments you will receive.
The Referral program is indefinite and not limited in terms of the amount of referral payments you receive.
How you receive referral payments
Referral payments are transferred to you in cryptocurrencies available on the service, namely BTC and BNB, depending on the cryptocurrency received by the Referred person. The amount of the referral payment is transferred to your account balance for commission payments on Bcon.
The referral reward will be automatically transferred to your balance on the Bcon service upon completion of the transaction by the Referred person using the Bcon service.
Please note that you are responsible for the blockchain transaction fees incurred for executing transactions or operations on the blockchain network. The amount of referral rewards you receive will be reduced by the blockchain transaction fee. Blockchain fees can vary depending on various factors such as network traffic volume, operation complexity, and the priority set by the transaction sender, and they are not within the control of Bcon.
All information regarding the referral payments you receive (payment dates, payment amounts), as well as analytical information, will be displayed in your Bcon user account.
How can referral rewards be used
The referral rewards you receive are your own property.
You can withdraw cryptocurrency from your account balance for commission payments on Bcon to another wallet or keep the referral payment on your balance, which will automatically reduce the size of the Bcon commission for using the service by the amount of the received referral payment.
To transfer cryptocurrency from your balance on the Bcon service to your specified wallet, you need to submit a request through the “Tips” window in your user account, indicating the public address of the wallet where the transfer should be made, as well as the amount in the corresponding cryptocurrency. The transfer will be made no later than the next day after the request is submitted.
Note. You are responsible for the expenses incurred for blockchain fees associated with executing transactions or performing operations on the blockchain network. The amount of the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw from your balance on the Service will be reduced by the blockchain fees. Blockchain fees can vary depending on various factors such as network traffic volume, operation complexity, and the priority set by the transaction sender, and they are not within the control of Bcon. If you are unsatisfied with the blockchain fee at the time of your cryptocurrency withdrawal request, you can contact us through the Tips window in your user account to arrange a different withdrawal time or change the priority.
Prohibitions and Restrictions:
The Referrer undertakes to:
- not engage Referrals whose activities are prohibited or restricted by law or the rules of the Bcon service.
- not use unethical or fraudulent practices to attract referrals.
- not use spam, deception, or other unlawful methods to attract referrals.
- not send Referral links to registered users of the Bcon service.
- not engage referrals from certain countries or jurisdictions where the Bcon service is not available or restricted (Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus, North Korea).
Other conditions
We reserve the right to make changes or amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any time, as well as to the methods of earning referral payments, without prior notice to participants of the referral program.
All changes to these Terms and Conditions will be published on this page and take effect from the moment of publication, unless otherwise stated.
We also reserve the right to disqualify any Referrer from participating in the program at our sole discretion without prior or subsequent notice. This includes situations where the Referrer fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or violates applicable laws, as well as acts dishonestly and/or causes harm to Bcon. The administration of the Program is handled by Bcon.
