In this tab, you can create a request to refund unused prepayment or/and referral Fees. In order for the tab to be available, you need to enable two-factor authentication in the profile settings (Settings tab). This is done so that no one except you can make a request for a refund of the unused prepayment or referral Fees in case of compromising your account. A refund request is similar to a support request form with additional fields for specifying the refund amount and the type of blockchain and the token in which you want to refund. Please note that the refunds are processed with the deduction of the commission for the transfer of the blockchain itself.
