You can fund your prepayment balance in the “Prepayment Balance” section.
Supported currencies.
You can use the same tokens that are available in the Dashboard section of your account — namely, the tokens supported by the service.
For example, for BTC transactions, only BTC is available. For ETH transactions, both the native ETH token and supported stablecoins (USDT, USDC, USDS, TUSD), as well as wrapped tokens (WBTC, WETH), are available. SOL, BNB, and TRX networks operate on the same principle. Please refer to your account for the current list of supported tokens.
If your prepayment balance becomes negative, we will send you an email notification.
If your prepayment balance is insufficient you will not be able to use the service and generate invoices.
We allow up to 5 additional transactions after the balance becomes negative; after that, access will be limited until the balance is funded.
